Kareem Moore is the CEO, Chairman & Co-Founder of the Achieve M.O.O.R.E. Foundation, where he leads the organization’s vision to develop leaders, expand educational opportunity, and create lasting community impact through scholarships, mentorship, and professional development. He is a Principal Consultant at Thought Logic, advising organizations on large-scale business transformation initiatives, and the founder of multiple ventures spanning education, technology, and workforce development. Kareem is a Morehouse College alumnus and a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Lisa Assam
Vice Chairperson
Lisa Assam serves as Vice Chair of the Achieve M.O.O.R.E. Foundation Board of Directors. She is an Executive Assistant at Morgan Stanley, where she provides executive leadership support and helps drive operational excellence through cross-functional communication, governance, and strategic coordination. With more than a decade of experience in operations and executive administration, Lisa is recognized for her ability to streamline processes, manage complex initiatives, and enable organizational success. She is a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY) and is committed to advancing the Foundation’s mission of leadership, service, and educational opportunity.

Jamel D. Chambers

Jamel D. Chambers, M.Ed. is the youngest and first Black Executive Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for Chicago Public Schools, appointed in June 2025. He leads the district’s legislative strategy and government relations at the local, state, and federal levels. Jamel also serves as Co-Chair of the Chicago Public Schools–UNCF Scholarship Campaign and, since 2023, as President of the Chicago Area Morehouse Alumni Association. A proud son of Englewood, Morehouse College graduate, and DePaul University doctoral candidate (ABD), he is committed to expanding educational opportunity and advocating for underserved communities.

Tanaja Crenshaw is an executive professional with 20+ years supporting senior leadership and driving organizational excellence. As Executive Assistant to the President at Newell Brands, she leads executive operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and earns her MBA in Marketing in August 2026. As a Board Member, Tanaja advances the Achieve M.O.O.R.E. mission through servant leadership, strategic thinking, and community engagement — creating opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and inspire future leaders. She enjoys traveling, creative design projects, and designing custom accessories.

Courtney T. Epps, MFA

Courtney T. Epps is a brand strategist and experience designer with more than 15 years working across fashion business, retail, and hospitality. She earned her MFA in Luxury & Brand Management and MA in Design Management from SCAD University, with a BA in Economics from Spelman College. An interdisciplinary strategist who has translated cultural insight into value for globally recognized brands such as Macy’s Inc, IHG Hotels, and Polimoda University, she believes our youth and empowering education in STEAM subjects — especially the Arts — are vital to ensuring our success. Courtney currently works as a Producer of “Love Patrick: Nothing is Impossible,” a feature documentary on the life and legacy of Patrick Kelly, the first American and Black designer elected to the Chambre Syndicale du Prêt-à-Porter in Paris.

Adam J. McKinnon is a dedicated leader with over 10 years of experience in youth development and workforce readiness, specializing in mentorship and job placement. His work spans high school, collegiate, and post-graduate populations across Florida and Georgia, including students at Morehouse College, Spelman College, and Clark Atlanta University. Through his role with the Achieve M.O.O.R.E. Foundation, Adam leverages his expertise to develop impactful programming, expand access to opportunities, and equip individuals with the tools needed to successfully transition into their academic and professional careers while fostering leadership and community impact.

Errol Parker II

Errol Parker II is Director of Investment Strategy at EY Parker Companies, where he oversees public and private market investments, including early-stage angel deals. He is also Co-Founder and CEO of EY Parker Entertainment, a film production company, and leads a scholarship program through the EY Parker Foundation supporting high school seniors in Brooklyn and Long Island. His background includes private banking at JPMorgan and venture capital experience with Black Tech Nation Ventures through the HBCUvc Fellowship. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Morehouse College.

Nicohlas Porter is a licensed investment professional, community builder, and cofounder of Achieve M.O.O.R.E. Foundation, Inc. His journey began as Vice President of the organization, where he discovered a passion for helping others — one that now fuels his mission to equip families and the next generation with the financial literacy to build lasting success. In the foundation’s early days, Nicohlas launched a clothing brand, Clockwise, to help cover startup expenses. Its motto, “Use your time wisely,” is one he lives by every day. His belief is simple: the goal is not only to succeed, but as you succeed, bring others with you.

Bakari “Sencere” Smith is a 26-year-old serial entrepreneur with a deep passion for music, service, and innovation. He is the founder of District Music Group, a music agency dedicated to developing artists and driving projects across the industry. A graduate of Morehouse College with a B.A. in Business Marketing, Bakari brings many years of experience in business marketing, scaling businesses, and client management. He also owns the restaurant Platez Southern Kitchen and Cocktailz, and serves as cofounder of Guala, a tech startup building tools to help everyday entrepreneurs manage their business and finances. Driven by a commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders, Bakari continues to build ventures at the intersection of culture, business, and technology — creating pathways and tools for others to grow.
